I am sharing my intimate journey in becoming a dedicated yogi. Why? Simply because it’ll help me along the journey and hopefully touches one other person.
I’ve been lost for a big part of my life…and I still am. I’ve been through a lot in my life, which I will share throughout my posts. It’s been crippling and time has stood still for me but life keeps moving. So I decided I needed to find myself again.
So why yoga? I love being physically healthy. I used to dance in high school and it made me happy. I am also a very spiritual person, and I also need to heal my depression. I feel that yoga offers the mental and physical balance I am looking for.
Now I’m on the search for a mentor…a teacher that can show me the way. So this is the start of my journey…
